An extensive 60-day journey circling Australia is being halted following the tragic passing of an older female passenger who was stranded by the ship on a isolated coastal location.

Suzanne Rees had been walking on Lizard Island with shipmates from the cruise ship, but parted ways from the excursion for a break. The ship left without her and returned later that day after the crew became aware the lady was unaccounted for.

An extensive search operation located her remains the subsequent day.
